Nice Ride

I rode up to the mountains yesterday on my wing. Was a nice day for a ride in the mountains, was too hot to ride elsewhere. I didnt ride too far up into the mountains just enough to put a little over 200 miles on my bike before the day was said and done. I rode to Ceasars head then to Laurens SC where I ate supper at Gooney Birds, then back to Greenwood. I couldnt believe how many boats were on the water at 8:30 at in the evening when I came across lake Greenwood. Anyway had a great time but by the time I got home my butt was sore from the riding. I still love those long rides though. I guess most Goldwingers are heading to Billings Mt. for the wing ding. I know I have friends who are riding up for that. Hope everyone has a fun and safe trip.
