looks I probably got

If I had to bet I would bet I got some strange looks from people today. I stopped by one of those roadside stands that sells tomatoes and peaches and cantaloupe and watermelon. I was on my bike and I bought a cantaloupe, tomatoes and a watermelon. Well the watermelon wouldnt fit in my sidebags or in my trunk cause thats where the cantaloupe and tomatos were. So I put the watermelon on my back seat and rode home with it that way, without strapping it down!!! Lets see you do that on a bike other than a Goldwing. That may not have been the smartest or safest thing to do but I do bet it got lots of strange looks. Its not everyday you see a motorcycle riding a watermelon!!! I will be glad when I get time to ride to the mountains with my wife, cant wait to get out of the hot 90's like it is here now!! Will be September now before we see days back in the 70's now unless we get a tropical storm. read on........
