When you ride a motorcycle learn to SEE. Search, Evaluate, Execute, SEE. It takes more skill to ride a Motorcycle than it does to drive a car, however motorcycles are more agile than a car or other vehicle. Always think about what you are doing while riding and think about what the other person may be doing and be ready to take action.. Always give yourself an avenue to avoid disaster. When stopping get use to using both front and rear brakes together for a smoother stop. It also helps the bike to be more stable. Always get your braking done before heading into a curve. Always try to look through a curve to see what may be in your path. If you brake in a curve make sure the bike is upright and not leaning to one side, if you try to brake with the bike leaning, you are probably going to crash.
